Benton Studio

This place was great! The bed is really comfortable and there is a stove, utensils, washer and dryer, etc. My favorite part was the outside area. There is a table with two chairs (and 2 plants). You can just sit there and enjoy the evening/night. It feels very peaceful in here. Just a few minutes away (walking) there is a park where you can see the Sacramento River. I really enjoyed my stay and if I ever needed to go back to Redding I would try to stay at this place. Savannah was very friendly and respectful. The few times I texted her she replied promptly, which is something I appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Savannah was very easy to deal with. The property is clean and very well located, it was nice to be able to walk my dog to the river trail. If I needed another short term rental in Redding I would hope this place would be available.

We had the intentions of staying here just 3 months, but ended up loving the area and our house so much we stayed for close to 7 months! Savannah and Chase were awesome (the landlords). If anything came up, theyd have someone out immediately. It was very cute and clean. Very well priced in terms of other furnished places in Redding! Could NOT have been happier with our stay :)
