Welcome to Cavanna Properties! We are Chase and Savannah, the faces and renovators behind Cavanna’s furnished rentals.

Several years ago we moved to Redding, CA to pursue new career opportunities and found ourselves renting a Furnished Finder home while looking to purchase a home of our own. We instantly knew that we wanted to create our own furnished rentals for traveling professionals needing a place that felt like home, all while being away from home. The first home that we purchased is now one of our furnished rentals, and we love opening the cozy space up to those traveling through beautiful Redding. Redding has so much to offer and we love that we can hike, bike, paddle board, play with our fur children, and do so many things that we love all right here in our backyard. Our desire for all our tenants is that their time spent at one of our furnished rentals here in Redding allows for relaxation, rest, meaningful memories, and the sense of home during their stay.
