How Do Your Tenants Pay Rent?

Zelle is our preferred method of payment however, we accept payment via Venmo, direct debit, cashiers check, or regular check.

Are All Utilities Included?

Yes, all utilities are included. These utilities include internet, water, gas, electric, and security system. All TV’s are setup with options for tenants to login to their personal Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription accounts.

Do You Allow Pets?

Absolutely! We love pets and want those who are traveling to be able to bring their furry companions. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit that will be returned to you pending any damage to property caused by furry friend.

Do Your Units Share Space With Other Units?

Yes, most of our Cavanna properties have other traveling professionals in other units on site. Most of our main units have their own laundry, but our studio and small apartments have shared laundry spaces. Each unit has its own entry and keypad lock door. All tenants that occupy our units have been background checked.
